With the team TC & Friends, I had the privilege of designing and instructing a new wayfinding system for Technique, an eco-conscious office refurbishment and build by renowned architects Buckley Gray Yeoman and progressive developers General Projects. Sprouting from the brand’s core graphic element, a tri-colour logo-bar, the signage is both functional and sophisticatedly playful.

We designed a set of Floor Identification Signage to pair with the exisiting lables. They were produced in vinyl to ensure Technique’s brand colours would be maintained.

In addition to general wayfinding, we created bespoke toilet and disabled symbols, as well as a metal tenant board and exterior signage & plaques. Produced and installed by AllSigns and Unit 22 Modelmakers, the full suite of signage is robust and permeates every area of the building.

In addition to creating the signage and wayfinding for Technique, TC & Friends was also commissioned to create a series of exhibition boards highlighting the building’s unique story as a new refurbishment with an emphasis on sustainability. Adapting content from the existing brand materials, we designed 10 bespoke boards – six highlighting the building’s vision, narrative, and mission and four with specifications for each of the office floors.
